This includes a non-expired physical, and 3 course certificates (concussion, heat, and cardiac.) Instructions can be found at: https://neaseathletics.com/athletic_clearance/
- Please pay $125.00 Athletic Fee with SchoolPay **OPEN JULY 28th** (this is a separate SCHOOL mandatory fee)(this fee covers the athletic trainer, etc) https://www.schoolpay.com - this registers your player with Nease High School
